減人工呀!!!!should be 7%
then...no more monthy bonus!
OT wont hav double pay anymore (though no need to OT, usually)
cancel 13months salary...(this issue wont affect me, coz my department never hav this benefit)
1 thing ..may consider as a good news~
no needa work on Saturday anymore~

sigh....
is time to look for a new job!!!
even this company didnt fire anybody since it started to run its business in 1960s
things will change!
no one can promise u wont be fired!
